With just a few minutes a day of gentle but surprisingly effective exercises I finally started getting the penis growth I longed for for years.
Recent surveys shows that the women would like to have a bigger penis rather than a small one. They like the penis size more than you prefer for their bigger breast. Sometimes we do not care about our penis whether it is erect or flaccid but women take notice of that.

Use The Jelq- If you compare this to the penis pump this is basically at first a guessing game. Overtime forcing more blood through out your penis. The exercises are safe with caution, trial and error. Increasing the blood flow through out the penis over time(instead of power pumping it!!) can bring not only length but girth for some as well.
Learning to mix up routines and being consistent can bring results.
Firstly, there are 2 terms being used when one refers to SizeGenetics: the device and the system. The device is self explanatory and the "system" really just refers to a package that the vendor put together - Size Genetics device plus penis exercises (online and DVD).

Yap! It works using the method that men and women have literally used for centuries. Do you know how body builders build their muscles? When you apply gentle stretching force to your body muscles, your body responds to the force by creating new cells and filling up the gaps that are created by the stretching force.
As a result you get a permanent enlargement. There are those tribal women from Myanmar increase their neck of up to 4 inches by putting rings on their neck. SizeGenetics penomet works the same way. It applies gentle stretching force to your penis and your penis responds to the force by creating new cells and filling up the gaps.
As a result you get a permanent gain.
Routine is very important when enlarging your penis. You want to find a solid routine that has you doing the penis enlargement exercises at least 3-4 times a week. The best thing about a routine is that it guides you through every step of the way. There is no confusion about what you should do because a solid routine will lay out the steps for you.

Are you happy with the size of your penis? It's estimated that 70% of men are not completely satisfied with their size and would be happy to increase their size if there was a simple safe and easy method of doing so. Get a bigger penis now It is not a funny thing to have a rather tiny manhood.
Actually this can be quite humiliating and saddening. With this kind of manhood you will not be able to perform well sexually you won't even be able have any upper hand with the ladies. This can go a long way in damaging your confidence and self respect as a man. But if you want to give your courage and confidence a rebirth you can actually succeed in doing this by increasing the size of your penis.
